The team had a breakfast meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi at his 7 Lok Kalyan Marg residence during which some cricketers shared their experiences of the win.
Team India, which defeated South Africa by 7 runs in a thrilling final, spent some anxious days in Barbados following the win as the airport was closed due to the cyclone that missed the island nation narrowly but caused extensive damage to boats and other coastal infrastructure.
