WAYNE Rooney will serve a onematch touchline ban when Plymouth Argyle play away to Cardiff City in the Championship today.
The Pilgrims' boss has also been fined £5,500 by an Independent Regulatory Commission after he admitted to three Football Association charges following the game against Blackburn Rovers at Home Park on October 5.
