More men are shelling out for cosmetic surgery than women

SELF-CONSCIOUS chaps are now more likely to go under the knife than their female counterparts.

They also spend around twice as much on cosmetic work than women, a survey has revealed.

Around 35% of men who have had surgery opted for face and neck lifts, compared to 32% of women. And some 24% of men have had liposuction, pipping 17% of women.
