He has an innate ability to capture cars, picking out small details in a way that makes art. He is an excellent example of someone that has carved their path driven by passion for what they do and mastered it. What blows us away is that he is self-taught, which makes you appreciate his work even more. Enjoy.
Photographic Speciality/Style:
I am an automotive studio photographer, but I travel a lot, so landscape photography is also a love of mine. I’m always trying to find new ways to shoot cars which is an ongoing passion.
Short Bio:
I live in the southeast of England with my wife, and I have worked for 30 years restoring classic cars. I am a selftaught photographer, and I have been working in an automotive studio for the last 6 years.
Tell us a bit about yourself and your story. I think it’s fair to say that you probably have race fuel running through your veins – where did your passion for cars come from?
My working life started out restoring classic cars and as my skills improved so did the cars I worked on, becoming a specialist in classic Ferraris. I worked as a fabricator for many years in the motor trade, which gave me a real appreciation and love for car design, from classic cars right up to the modern era. My passion for cars has never waned and I still go to many car shows with friends in my VW Splitscreen to talk with like minded people and to take the odd photo or two.
