Forward has Blues in sights
STRIKER Tom Cannon believes Ipswich’s visit tomorrow night is the perfect game for Leicester to put their Sky Blues reverse behind them.
Enzo Maresca’s Foxes have cuta swathe through the Championship this term and look odds on to make an immediate Premier League return.
However, last week’s 3-1 reverse at resurgent Coventry left them with a sour taste in the mouth. Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall gave Leicester the lead in the 44th minute, but they were reduced to ten men in first-half stoppage time for Abdul Fatawu’s sliding challenge on Jake Bidwell.
The Foxes fought hard, but were reeled in by the Sky Blues in the closing stages. Talisman Callum O’Hare scored twice and Milan Van Ewijk fired in the other as Mark Robins’ men enjoyed a morale-boosting victory.
