My comfort food is… Hash browns. Specifically, a McDonald’s hash brown (or three). There’s something about them – they always hit the spot. Anyone who knows me will agree that crunchy goodness should be served all day, not just till 11am.
The best thing my parents taught me was… Among many lessons, the Rule of 10. When something is upsetting or frustrating, I ask myself: will this matter in 10 years? Most of the time, the answer is no and it always helps to give the situation perspective.
