Adjusting my webcam, I was ready for my shift.

Sat in sexy lingerie, I welcomed my first client.

‘How are you?’ I purred.

As a cam girl, I had a variety of different clients who paid for my services.

And while some wanted to talk about my day and others liked a little teasing, some wanted something explicit.

But I liked the variety of my job – no two days were the same – and as a 23-year-old single mother, it was a sure way to make a bit of cash without spending too much time away from my children.

I got into camming after doing work as a glamour model.

And I preferred it by miles.

It felt safer and easier to do – if I felt creeped out, I could always block people.

A year later, aged 24, I met my now-husband, Brad, 37.

Matching on Plenty of Fish, I soon learned Brad lived just a street away from me – I couldn’t believe I’d never seen him before.

And before long we were inseparable, eventually tying the knot on 13 July 2019.

I gave birth to Maisie*, now four, in 2019, making us a family of five alongside my two kids Alfie*, 17, and Holly*, 14.

As a full-time mum my camming days took a bit of a backseat, with me occasionally returning for the odd shift.

And Brad didn’t care one bit – he has always been supportive of what I do.

While I loved the freedom of the job, most of it was evening work, which was just no longer possible with a baby, and both

my older children were still too young to know about my camming days.
