Smoky Deviled Eggs

In pot, combine eggs with enough water to cover by 1"; over high heat, bring to a boil. Cover. Remove from heat; let stand 10 min. Drain. Cover eggs with cold water. When cool enough to handle, peel and halve eggs lengthwise.
