The Blindfold Workout!
It’s pitch black. I stumble and reach out to stop a collision course between my body and a solid wall. No, I’m not trying to stagger to the bathroom at 3am, I'm trying Gymbox's latest creation – Blackout.

This new class involves performing a HIIT routine blindfolded. Insane? Maybe. Inspired? Definitely! That’s because this workout is designed to boost body awareness, reaction time and proprioception (the ability to know where our limbs are in space without looking), which is key for maintaining good form while exercising and reducing injury. Plus, the HIIT element will ramp up your heart rate, too.
