“He was craving a sanctuary space.” That’s how designer Morgan Cattaneo describes her client’s vision for a recent project in New Orleans—a fitting description given that they first met in yoga class. “We became friends, and he had an interest in design, so he sought my professional opinion when looking at possible lofts.” One in a 1915 former manufacturing building in the Warehouse District was “the clear winner,” Cattaneo says.
