Anyone that knows me will testify that I am a petrolhead through and through. I have a varied taste in cars, right from Minis to McLarens. So what led to a BMW M2 sitting on my driveway? The combination of looks and driveability seemed like the perfect balance right from the first encounter. I am thorough when it comes to car buying, I try every car I can find before making an informed decision on what will be right for me. When the BMW M2 was launched I was instantly drawn to the looks, the aggressive front end, flared wheel arches and shapely behind was my idea of perfection on four wheels (as a daily driver). I stuck a deposit down and sadly my order was misplaced as the dealership I placed it with changed ownership, this irritated me so I withdrew my interest. When the first UK cars started arriving in March last year my interest was rekindled and I wished I had persisted in ordering one last year.
