Education is a far achievable idea for millions in India. However, Kaarmic Education is encouraging students towards self directed learning. Anishay Raj, Director, Organizational Design, Prashanth Ramagiri, Director, Higher Education Initiatives and Adithya Sanjay, Director, School Initiatives, shares the company’s vision to help students.

Tell us about Kaarmic.
This was set up to ease off self directed learning in terms of education and skill development of the downtrodden children through an initiative called Young Leaders’ Camp where we select individuals basis their talent and train them.
How did you get inspired to start off with your venture?
We met as part of the IDEX Fellowship. While working with the government, we understood the loopholes of Indian education system. Accordingly, a small idea turned into discussion which then turned into planned brainstorming sessions leading Kaarmic.
