The tiny twosome continue to set off alarm bells

They may gush about their cosy nights in cooking dinner together, but it seems Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik aren’t eating much of the meals they whip up during couple time.

Indeed, both stars turned heads when they stepped out looking frighteningly thin recently.

“I know Zayn’s always been skinny, but he’s seriously starting to look ill now,” one onlooker says of the British singer, 25, who strolled around shirtless in Miami on February 28.

Meanwhile, Gi’s lithe limbs and boy collarbone were on full display as she ran errands in New York City late last month.
