The kiss Keith Urban planted on Nicole Kidman after being named Entertainer of the Year at the April 7 ACM Awards – grabbing her face with both hands and lingering for several intense smooches – could put teenagers to shame. And the stream of gushing Insta videos and pics that followed surprised everyone not close to the deeply emotive duo who, as Nicole has put it, constantly ‘lavish each other with love’.

But according to an OK! source, the PDA parade between Nicole and Keith, both 51, obscures the reality of their relationship. The source claims mutual bouts of jealousy, Nicole’s desire for more kids and tear-soaked therapy sessions have threatened to upend their nearly 13-year marriage. ‘They’re not getting along at all,’ insists the source.

Nicole has said that her ever present ‘maternal instincts’ are a ‘huge driving force of who I am’. She’s still dealing with estrangement from the kids she adopted with ex-husband Tom Cruise – Bella, 26, and Connor, 24 – after reportedly being labelled a ‘suppressive person’ by the Church of Scientology. But, she’s devoted herself to the biological daughters she shares with Keith – Sunday Rose, 10, and Faith Margaret, eight.
