MURDEROUS Mexican drug lord Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman is planning another daring escape — and drafting a revenge hit list targeting anyone he thinks helped in his capture and prosecution — as he awaits trial in a New York City federal court.

Since the bloodthirsty cartel king’s extradition to the U.S., more than 82 Mexican politicians have been assassinated! Lawmen claim El Chapo ordered the killings to settle the score with officials who didn’t stop him from being shipped across the border.

Now sources believe Americans may have a bull’s-eye on their backs, including movie hunk Sean Penn, who the paranoid killer suspects played a role in his capture after the actor interviewed the fugitive for a film at a supposed secret hideaway.
