The country banned bonehead pop star Justin Bieber, who just canceled all of his concerts because he’s having a bizarre spiritual crisis!

But the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture appeared to be a step ahead of him, ruling Bieber can’t perform there — about a week before he semiretired — in a move to “purify” the country’s entertainment industry.
