Hi guys, welcome to VENTS! How have you been?

Thanks for having us. We’ve been great. Busy, busy promoting our new album that’s being released this month.

Can you tell us more about the story behind your track ¨Run¨?

Sure. We love that song.

Run is about being free and happy. For all the heaviness in the world around us, it’s important to remember to enjoy life when we can. It’s about leaving our homes and stepping outside of our comfort zone to celebrate our life. To celebrate what we love about ourselves. Run is a song about celebrating movement in ourselves.. whatever that movement may mean to you. I guess you could say the song is about personal freedom.

Did any event in particular inspire the song?

The idea and emotion came at the end of the writing for this album. We were so happy with where the album was headed, so the song represents that -- being free and happy. Again, lots going on in the world right now so we wanted to inspire people to get outside, be carefree, and rejoice.
