Breathtakingly beautiful and brutally honest, Katrina Kaif gets candid on love, humble beginnings, and learning the ropes to become Bollywood’s sweetheart. . .
Cloudy, turbulent skies, a long waiting period, and a shaky seaplane—BAZAAR BRIDE’s flight from Malé to the small island luxury resort, Anantara Kihavah Villas Maldives, was one filled with much turmoil. Despite this tremulous start, Katrina Kaif was a picture of calm much like the aqua waters surrounding the property. Without the support of a film family, Kaif experienced a meteoric rise to stardom. And her jaw-dropping looks have only helped the cause.
Joining Facebook earlier this year on her birthday Kaif, the media-shy A-lister, is slowly opening her life to her multitude of fans. No one’s complaining though. In a short while, the actor has garnered over 80 million followers. After a hard day of shooting in the sun, she went around with her toes in the sand, connecting with fans through the live feature on the Facebook. She’s adapted herself to learn the language, nuances, and aesthetics to evolve as a style star,” he says. And Katrina proves her close friend right when she shares interesting anecdotes in Hindi, while getting her makeup done. She stops to chuckle every time someone cracks a joke and she makes everyone feel at ease—a personality trait not everyone would attribute to her. Here’s revealing the real Katrina Kaif, unscripted, uninhibited, and off the charts...
