Once upon a time, small-plates-for-sharing were a trend that led to inventory managers calculating budget, stomach and table space down to the exact cent.
In the case of Marina Bay Sands’s all-day restaurant RISE, the new menu is literal and linear. The overarching concept of a truly great place to dine out still holds strong, but the change is in the familiarity and the flourish of how they have elevated local favourites.
