Can you describe your journey from the moment you took charge at Dynamatic Technologies to making it a global supplier of components to big players in Aerospace sector?
In the beginning, we were working closely with the Ministry of Defence. We were making hydraulic pumps for tractors that were also potentially needed for some of the vehicles like our battle tanks, that the Indian army was not able to get spares from Russia. We were successfully able to indigenise the battle tank hydraulics, develop these, for which we won National Awards.
Based on that, we went ahead and were invited to develop hydraulics for the DRDO’S main battle tank, Arjun. We also went ahead and became a developmental partner with DRDO ADE, for major structures of a small pilotless target aircrafts, the Lakshya.
We kept winning lots of awards, and worked closely with ARDC at HAL developing control surfaces for the IJT (Intermediate Jet Trainer). When the Sukhoi-30 program came on, we had matured a lot; We were able to win the largest work share for Private Sector Production of all the Major structures to build the Control Surface, the vertical fins, horizontal stabilizers, the ventral fins, canards, air brakes and slats.

Future Cultural Challenges for Airlines And Airports
Introduction Assuming we are all alike is one of the greatest mistakes we human beings are making all the time. So when people do things differently e.g. how people queue up or what we ascribe status to we try to educate them to do or see it our way. This is usually not well received and a conflict starts.
