Studies have found that the effects of terpenes include calming inflammation; relieving anxiety, depression, and pain; calming allergies; protecting the brain and nervous system; preventing the growth of cancerous tumors; killing harmful bacteria; stopping convulsions; and improving sugar metabolism.
