JAQUAR HEADQUARTERS IN MANESAR INTEGRATES DURABILITY, ADAPTABILITY AND AESTHETICS AS A DESIGN SOLUTION FOR THIS LANDMARK STRUCTURE.
Jaquar Group’s global headquarters in Manesar is a one-of-a-kind environmental friendly office spread over a sprawling area of 48,000 sq. metres. The iconic and imposing eagle-shaped building with wings widely spread is designed by Gayathri and Namith Architects (GNA). This impressive structure is surrounded by landscaped greenery designed by Design Cell Studio and Aquatech Landscape.
The imposing structure provides dynamic and collaborative spaces on the interiors. The experience centre designed by Michael Foley and his team, further explores interactive technology, automation and holographic imagery.Encouraged by the client’s willingness to experiment, the entire design team has created a state-of-the-art headquarters for Jaquar, one of the leading manufacturer of Bath and kitchen faucets, bathroom fittings and sanitaryware.
The architects have skillfully incorporated organic design, efficient-space planning and the visual form inspired by nature. This net-zero building provides an enriching experience to both the employees and visitors. “The location of the building was important because Jaquar Group wanted us to create a sense of awe by planning the space in a way, which showcases refreshing landscapes and water bodies while approaching it.”
The premises is well-equipped with R&D Centre, which has the latest 3D Modelling Design software to carry out design functions and define technical specifications. The facilities inside the office includes, the experience studio design by Michael Foley, 120-seater auditorium, meeting rooms and recreational spaces such as the cafeteria, an indoor sports room, gym, library, etc.
