Seroja's chef-owner Kevin Wong continues to champion locally sourced ingredients

Since he launched Seroja a year ago, Kevin Wong has been receiving various accolades. This year, he was presented the Michelin Guide Young Chef Award 2023 (sponsored by Blancpain). On top of that, Seroja also received a Michelin star and was recognised as a Michelin Green Star restaurant (for its sustainable practice and dining experience that combine culinary excellence with outstanding eco-friendly commitments). The Malaysian-born chef who’s known for integrating Southeast Asian ingredients and spices into his refined dishes tells us how he works closely with local farmers and food producers in the region.
