What inspired BubbleBabies?
I wanted to build a community for other swim teachers to connect with one another, and enable parents to look for a swim coach if they need one. I had some parents ask me questions about what they can do with their child, and I came to realise that locally, we don’t have any channels for them to see how we teach, so I decided to start one. BubbleBabies [on Facebook] is where I post videos on how and why we do certain exercises—we have some exercises that parents can do with their children in the bathtub, then bring to the pool when they are ready. There are parents who watch the videos then contact me to join a class , or just ask for advice; I am always happy to share.
