With the film Once Upon A Time in Hollywood, one of the top contenders for Best Film, Best Screenplay and Best Director, Pitt has garnered much attention and buzz this season for his portrayal of stuntman Cliff Booth. In a witty Oscars acceptance speech – which he penned with the help of some very funny friends in show biz - Pitt claimed the Best Supporting Actor award at a host-less, seamless Academy Awards ceremony in Los Angeles, for his role in this ‘60s-era Quentin Tarantino directed film. An actor who’s had a turbulent last few years, Pitt put on his A-game for this role – as he does every single time – and became a favourite for an Oscar. Here’s what he had to say to us.
