A Delhi court on Wednesday took cognisance of a charge sheet filed by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) as part of its probe into the death of three IAS aspirants at Rau's IAS Study Circle in Old Rajendra Nagar,and issued scathing observations on actions of the coaching centre's management and co-owners of the basement where the institution was set up.
