The Chinese Army continues to obstruct Indian patrols in various sectors of Eastern Ladakh as their troops have also occupied highest mountain tops at Pangong Lake, inputs from the ground suggest.

Movement of locals in forward areas has been restricted, with cellphone networks down to cutting off communication amid the ongoing tension at the Line of Actual Control (LAC). With no access for journalists to the forward areas getting a sense of what has been happening in areas where the action has been a challenge. India Today TV spoke to those who have their eyes and ears on the ground to get a sense of the situation now.
