Chris Yeo: Beyond The Limits
 How did you get involved in ultradistance running?

The ultra-running bug started biting after my first overseas ultramarathon in 2006, at the 250km Atacama Crossing in Chile. It was also a natural progression from my school days where I was a track runner. In between, I was very much involved in adventure racing and enjoying the different disciplines that accompanied the sport.

How do you fit the long hours of training necessary into your life routine?
