As their hectic work schedules continue to take them to different sides of the world, friends say it’s more than distance getting to the couple…
Actress Michelle Keegan is riding high after returning to film a new series of the critically acclaimed BBC army drama Our Girl. But while her husband mark wright has been quick to say how proud he is of his wife, insiders close to the couple tell Woman that filming the show has understandably put a strain on their relationship.
For not only have Michelle and Mark, both 30, spent the past two months apart, with her filming abroad and him working in LA as a showbiz reporter, but Michelle’s gruelling filming schedule is said to have seen her change – leaving Mark feeling left out in the cold, and friends fearing their marriage could be at breaking point, months after they were forced to defend their relationship against split rumours.
‘CUT OFF FROM EACH OTHER’
A source tells Woman, ‘Michelle and Mark are more estranged than ever as he feels as if she’s been cut off from him. It’s not just a question of long separations and long distance – Michelle’s also a different woman after training for months, all day every day.’
