It appears Susanna Reid’s patience is wearing thin with former ‘good friend’ Piers Morgan. In a surprising move, Susanna has gone from defending her co-host to condemning his controversial comments both on air and on social media.
Although they are often at loggerheads on Good Morning Britain, Susanna, 48, and Piers, 54, have always – by Piers criticized Meghan and Harry’s documentary ‘It was an insight into their state of mind’her own admission – been genuinely ‘good friends’ off-air.
But it seems that the tide is turning. Having been accused of being ‘entirely complicit’ in his actions, Susanna shut down Piers’ latest Twitter claims that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s recent ITV documentary was ‘selfish & tone deaf’.
‘Most of it was about the charity work they do. Hugely important,’ she replied. ‘It was also an insight into their personal state of mind. Also important.’
With Susanna’s reputation at risk of being called into question, as she continues to be tarnished with the same brush as Piers, does this brave move mark the end of their friendship?

'THAT'S NOT MY BABY'
Lying in the hospital bed, my husband Michael had tears of happiness in his eyes as he showed me a photo on his phone. 'Here she is,' he said proudly. 'There must be a mistake.'It was August 2010 and I'd not long before had an emergency caesarean. I'd not had a chance to see Winnie when she arrived as she'd been whisked away for tests because she was nearly two months premature.
