New scandal brews for pitiful prince

ROYAL outcast Prince Andrew is red-faced over one of his closest confidants being banned from the U.K. for allegedly being a Chinese spy, sources spill.

The wheeling-dealing Duke of York, 64, has been accused of rubbing shoulders with sketchy fat cats since his 10-year stint as the U.K.'s trade envoy, which ended in 2011.

Now, tipsters tattle the suspected communist spook -identified as Yang Tengbo was so tight with the disgraced duke, he was invited to Andrew's 2020 birthday bash and authorized to act on his behalf to seek investors in China!

Yang said in a statement he had "done nothing wrong or unlawful," and that the "widespread description of me as a 'spy' is entirely untrue."
