Troubled daughter tangles with law again, leaving own baby in jeopardy

HEARTBROKEN Wynonna Judd is set to raise her little grandchild Kaliyah after the country singer's jailbird daughter, Grace Pauline Kelley, was busted for flashing her boobs and her privates on a busy Alabama road.

In a bizarre April 5 incident, troubled 27-year-old Grace, whose dad is Wynonna's first husband, Arch Kelley III, was arrested by police, who say she was showing her boobs and genitals to passing vehicles at a busy highway intersection!

Police say Grace refused to reveal her identity, and was booked on misdemeanor charges of indecent exposure and obstructing government operations.
