Fifteen months after receiving her OBE from the Princess Royal at Windsor Castle, Katie Piper had yet another royal encounter when she chatted with Princess Beatrice at a lunch to support and celebrate the work of the Katie Piper Foundation.
Organised by life healer and wellness entrepreneur Katie Brindle and Lauren Silverman, whose partner Simon Cowell was instrumental in setting up the charity, the event was a chance to learn more about its lifechanging work with survivors of traumatic scarring and burns.
