As 2023 begins, Kerry Katona tells new she's determined to get her fitness and confidence back on track

Kerry Katona has kicked off 2023 with a mission – to “lose 3st” and be the “best version of herself”.

We can reveal our columnist has set herself several fitness goals after struggling with her diet and exercise routine towards the end of 2022 due to her busy work schedule.

But fresh off the back of a Christmas blowout, 42-year-old Kerry is now “determined” to feel her best both mentally and physically and wants to get into shape ahead of her wedding to fiancé Ryan Mahoney later this year.

“Like everybody else when a new year starts, I want to get back into shape,” she explained. “I was living out of a suitcase for the majority of last year as I was travelling around so much for work and then the panto [Cinderella in Lincoln].
