YOUNG AND RESTLESS Will Elena Expose Nate?
Nate makes a plea to Elena that they reconcile, but she’s hesitant to do so since he still wants to move forward with his plan to help Victoria take over ChancellorWinters. “Nate’s recent ‘personality change’ is causing Elena to second-guess her feelings for him,” says Co-Executive Producer/Head Writer Josh Griffith. “She feels that he’s not the same man that she fell in love with and this makes her question their future together.”
Later, Elena is deep in thought at the coffeehouse when Victoria approaches her. “Elena is triggered when Victoria mentions Nate is playing a ‘game’,” Griffith notes. “Elena then sees that Victoria is only interested in making a deal and doesn’t care about the damage this is doing to Nate’s relationships with his family.”
At Chancellor-Winters, Lily, Devon, Billy and Nate are about to file the IPO papers when Elena bursts in. Griffith teases, “Elena may do more harm than good if she exposes Nate’s deception.”
