THE LAW & ORDER: SVU STAR CELEBRATES 25 YEARS OF HER DREAM ROLE, HER 60TH BIRTHDAY AND HER ONE-OF-A-KIND SUPERPOWER: 'I LEAD WITH MY HEART'
