A SHOWDOWN BETWEEN THE BROTHERS IS LOOMING...

At the start of this year, Prince Harry made a fool out of his big brother, alleging to the world via his memoir that the now Prince of Wales pushed him into a dog bowl during a private dispute.

And while William has never publicly commented on the serious allegations, he certainly isn't about to let history repeat.

New Idea understands that King Charles is begging his sons to "at least talk face to face" during one of Harry's upcoming visits to the UK for a slate of court cases, in an attempt to stop the boys' feud dragging on forever.

We're told William, 41, will "likely" bow to his dad's wishes but he has one non-negotiable stipulation.

"He's going to be a lot smarter about it, after the last time it ended up being dramatised with dog bowls in Harry's book," says a source. "William has quite wisely decided the only way he will ever be able to chat privately with Harry again is if Harry is fully screened for recording devices and he signs a revised NDA.
