A WONDERFUL Slough Town display was cut short due to an off-field medical emergency, with the Rebels looking close to moving within a point of the play-offs.
The Rebels had raced into a four-goal lead at the break before Bath fought back. But, after the incident in the crowd on 70 minutes, the game was abandoned.
It started superbly for Slough and they were duly rewarded with another first-minute goal.
A free-kick was brilliantly delivered in by Matt Lench, finding the feet of Slavi Spasov, who had a straightforward task of slotting beyond Josey Casa-Grande in the Bath goal, making it three matches on the bounce that the Rebels have hit the net in the first minute of a match.
