Foreign students flock Guj for higher education

Bangladesh leads way with 103 students enrolled in state universities

Despite political unrest in Bangladesh in August, two months down the line a large number of meritorious students from the country have chosen to pursue higher education in Gujarat, India. These students, supported by scholarships from the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR), represent the largest group of foreign students among 59 countries in the academic year 2024.
