FRANCE tried 10 times to deport a suspected terrorist who then allegedly fatally stabbed a man and injured two policemen.
Algerian national Brahim Abdessemed is in custody after Saturday afternoon's rampage in Mulhouse, eastern France.
He was heard to scream "Allahu Akbar" [God is the greatest] as he allegedly knifed a 69-year-old Portuguese man in a covered canal market and attacked two officers - they suffered severe wounds to the throat and chest.
