MIKEL ARTETA celebrates his 250th game in charge of Arsenal today - and has already mapped out the future with the Gunners hierarchy.

The Arsenal manager spent a week of the international break in America, meeting with club owners the Kroenkes to review this season so far, thrash out transfer plans and who could replace Edu, below, as sporting director.
Arteta plans to assume a hands-on approach, with Jason Ayto now in interim charge.
"I can talk about what we are doing right now and I'm going to be very much involved in that process," said Arteta.
