Radio 2 presenter Jo Whiley, alongside ex-Little Mix singer Perrie Edwards, believes the industry must do more to protect vulnerable stars.
Perrie, 31, thinks under-18s should be legally unable to join the music industry. And Jo, 59, is calling for an end to "cruel" reality TV series, such as the X Factor.
