BABY KILLER DOG OWNER SENDING XL BULLIES TO SCOTLAND

THE owner of a killer dog that mauled an 11-month-old baby to death has been helping send XL bullies to Scotland.

Lee Wright, from Blackburn, Lancashire, was jailed for 18 weeks after his illegal pitbull-type pet, called Snoop, killed little Ava-Jayne Corless in February 2014.

The infant suffered multiple injuries inflicted by the nine-stone beast as Wright and the child's mother slept downstairs.

They mistakenly believed he had been locked in the kitchen as they dozed on the couch.

The Record can now reveal that Wright, 36, has shared multiple recent appeals on social media to find homes for XL bullies in Scotland following the breed ban in England.

Using the name Lee "Bullz" on Facebook, Wright can be seen. seeking new owners for the dogs, with some posts stating the animals should not be rehomed with young children.

Sharing pictures of a two-yearold male XL bully, Wright wrote: "Anyone in Scotland? Male. Pet free and no young child home. Must have big dog experience. Message for more info.

In another post for a three-yearold female dog, he wrote: "Scotland home needed. Good with dogs and kids. At risk of being put to sleep.
