TAMZIN Outhwaite says she is ready to take a quickstep out of her comfort zone on the Strictly Come Dancing Christmas special.
The 54-year-old puts her newfound bravery down to no longer caring what people think and she is loving it.
Tamzin, who starred as Mel Healy in EastEnders in two stints between 1998 and 2019, says she had been asked to appear on Strictly before.
She said: "I was definitely asked in my 30s and in my 40s but I thought I'd wait until I was properly old and do it.
