Fiona Harvey is suing Netflix for £130million after she was identified as the inspiration for the stalker in Fife star Richard Gadd's hit series - which was billed as a "true story".
The 59-year-old Scot denies stalking Gadd and claims her life has been ruined by her depiction in the show.
Now law graduate Fiona, from Aberdeenshire, has told the Record she can't even enjoy Christmas this year after the show thrust her into the global limelight.
She said: "I have had the entire English media on my phone for six weeks trying to get me to speak with them.
"I am still getting documentary-makers on my phone. I'm not even allowed to have a Christmas.
"I have come in to 60 messages and 50 emails.
"I am sick to the back teeth of hearing about Richard Gadd.
"Tm not getting a break from this at all. It's days before Christmas. Everyone is going to have to shut up and give me a Christmas.
"I am determined to have a Christmas with turkey and sausages." Fiona will go ahead in the new year with her lawsuit against Netflix, which is expected to be heard in front of a jury in California in May.
