Johnson: I couldn't make out Nat MPs' accents

BORIS Johnson has been slammed after saying he couldn't understand the accents of some SNP MPs and would make up answers to their questions.
The former Tory prime minister said he would bluff his way through questions from the Nationalists in the House of Commons with "very, very general" replies.
SNP MP Stephen Gethins said the feeling was mutual because "I couldn't understand Boris Johnson's policies".
Fellow Nationalist MP Pete Wishart added: "We always thought Boris Johnson made up his answers."
Johnson's comments came in an interview with former MP Gyles Brandreth for today's Rosebud podcast.
