A MUM whose six-year old daughter was savaged by two bulldogs has hit out at new laws for "failing to protect kids".
Ruby Kelly, six, will be scarred for life after the attack.
The tot had been out in her garden in Tollcross, Glasgow, when she decided she wanted to play with another child next door.
After being lifted over a fence to play with her pal, the dogs came charging out of a neighbour's home before biting Ruby's feet and legs.
Recounting the ordeal, mum Jacqueline, 39, told the Record: "My husband and I were away for the night, so my kids were being looked after by our family.
