In preparation for the Mahakumbh Mela, the Prayagraj Railway Division has introduced dedicated entry and exit routes at all stations to ensure smooth handling of the massive crowd expected.
Mahakumbh Nagar (Prayagraj):
Out of the estimated 45 crore devotees, around 10 crore are projected to travel to Prayagraj by train. To accommodate this, approximately 13,000 trains, including 3,000 special fair trains, will operate.
