Sancho the saviour after four months out as Reds roar back from conceding after 55 SECONDS

- CHRIS MCKENNA

WHAT A COMEBACK

JADON SANCHO scored on his return to Premier League action.

But Manchester United's 13-game winning run at home was halted by managerless Leeds. Wilfried Gnonto struck for the visitors after 55 seconds and a Raphael Varane own goal made it 2-0. But Marcus Rashford pulled one back and Sancho levelled.

MANCHESTER UNITED'S winning home run may have come to an end, but a point earned here will have felt like a victory.

Erik ten Hag's side were looking for a 14th win in a row at Old Trafford in all competitions, but came up against a Leeds side buoyed by the famed new manager bounce.

But United, trailing 2-0 after 48 minutes, managed to conjure one of their famed comebacks to take something from the game, through goals from Marcus Rashford and Jadon

Sancho. His leveller wa particularly important, with the winger making his Premier League return after more than three months following physical and mental struggles.
