Licence to drill! MI5 advertises for odd-job man

BRITAIN'S spies are looking for their own odd-job man - but the bowler-hatted killer from Goldfinger need not apply.

MI5, which hunts down threats to national security including terrorists and spies, is seeking a multi-skilled tradesperson to join its operational and surveillance department.

The right candidate will provide specialist building trade services, from carpentry and joinery to minor electrical works and plastering.

The position is London-based, but rare "overseas deployments may be required".
